TERM: This contest will last from July 25, 2004 - November 15, 2004.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received during the designated TERM mentioned above.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter, simply fill out the on-line request form, identifying your name and email address. Entries can also be mailed to ECO-Aqualizer Corp. at at 11804 University Ave. Suite #10 , Lubbock, Texas 79423, please print your complete name and address and clearly indicate that you would like to be entered into the "Aquarium Giveaway" on a 3 x 5 piece of paper. Entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2004. The prize winners will be selected by a random drawing on or about November 18, 2004. ECO-Aqualizer Corp. is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or have insufficient postage. One entry per person per the term of this event.
NOTIFICATION: The prize winners will be notified by email and/or mail on or after November 18, 2004. Prizes may be claimed by emailing or writing ECO-Aqualizer Corp. - PRIZE INFO. at 11804 University Ave. Suite #10 , Lubbock, Texas 79423. Prize Winner will be posted on the ECO-Aqualizer website.
ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents are eligible to win. Employees and immediate family of ECO-Aqualizer Corp., and its employees are NOT ELIGIBLE. This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
CONDITIONS: The ECO-Aqualizer Corp. and participating sponsors and organizations, state agencies, product donors and their boards, committees, officers, employees and agents are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury from entering the contest or acceptance and use of the prize packages. The winner must sign a liability waiver. By submitting an entry, participants accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of ECO-Aqualizer Corp., which shall be final. Winner assumes complete liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest, or the use or misuse of any prizes. ECO-Aqualizer Corp. reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend this contest should causes beyond the control of ECO-Aqualizer Corp., corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release which must be completed and returned within 21 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Taxes, and shipping, handling and delivery fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By accepting a prize, winner grants ECO-Aqualizer Corp. permission for the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited. Entries will be drawn until an eligible winner is confirmed. This contest is subject to these complete and official rules. A statement of the winners' names will be available after November 18, 2004.
